Cancellation Policy
**No-Show, Late & Cancellation Policy**
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best experience. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be charged a $10 late fee or asked to reschedule, depending on the remaining appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments.
